Please keep in mind that while we are known for drawing our portraits accurately, there does need to be room for artistic interpretation as these are hand drawn portraits.

Within 72 hours of placing your order please send an email with the photo(s) attached to orders@saltandspruceco.com
Please include “Order #______” in the subject line. Label each photo using the child’s name if you opted to have us include their name on the portrait.
We will reply back letting you know we have received your photos and once the proofs are ready, we will send them back to you through the same email conversation.
Jenrette hand-draws every portrait using the picture of the person’s profile. This is why sending a quality photo is so important in order for us to make them realistic and true to the person.
Please note: It’s best to send ONE great photo for each child. If you have a photo where you love the face profile, but like the hair better in another one, we can use both, but please limit the photos to no more than two per person. It helps us work more efficiently AND gives you the best, most realistic final portrait!
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A digital proof will be sent 1-2 business days after your order is received. Please make any desired adjustments at this time. Once approved, we will begin to process, create, and ship your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all custom orders to arrive after they have been approved.
If you need an item in a hurry, or want to make sure it will reach you by a certain date, please contact us directly at orders@saltandspruceco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply for expedited production and/or express shipping.
