Q. What platform do you build websites on?
All custom websites are designed on Showit. We also offer Shopify or Squarespace design for eCommerce clients.
Q. How far in advance should I book?
We typically book 1–2 months in advance. Reach out as soon as you’re ready, and we’ll help you find the best start date.
Q. Do you work with businesses outside of the wedding industry?
Yes! While we specialize in wedding professionals, we’re happy to work with anyone who values thoughtful, strategic design. We've worked with interior designers, horse farms, photographers, a chemist, and more!
Q. How long does the design process take?
Timelines vary based on the scope of the project, but usually brand & web projects take 6-8 weeks; custom web design projects take 4-6 weeks; and website in a week is complete in just 5 business days!
Q. What do I need to have ready before inquiring?
You don’t need everything figured out. A general understanding of your business and goals is enough to start. Strategy, structure, and clarity are part of the experience — not something you’re expected to bring fully formed.
Q. Do you only work with Showit?
No! While we find that Showit is the best for most wedding professional sites, some require a shop. If you are planning on selling products, we recommend Shopify and offer development as well as design!
