How is this different from buying a template and doing it myself?
Great question! When you purchase a Showit template on your own, you're responsible for all customization, strategic decisions, SEO setup, and troubleshooting. Website in a Week includes professional design expertise, strategic optimization, conversion-focused refinements, and technical support—plus the accountability to actually get it done in one week instead of dragging on for months.
Do I need to provide my own content and images?
Yes. Website in a Week requires you to provide your content (text for pages), professional images, and brand assets before we start. We'll guide you on what's needed during booking. If you need copywriting help, we can connect you with our copywriter for an additional fee.
Is eCommerce included?
No, but we can add eCommerce integration (Shopify or Squarespace) for an additional $1,000+. This includes product page setup, shopping cart integration, and payment gateway configuration. Let us know at booking if you need eCommerce.
Do you work with wedding professionals outside of photographers?
Absolutely! We customize Showit templates for all types of creative professionals including planners, coordinators, florists, venues, interior designers, and other creative professionals.
Can I choose any template from any shop?
You can choose from The Coastal Edit collection (included) or purchase a template from our recommended shops. If you find a template elsewhere, reach out and we'll let you know if it's compatible with our one-week process. Some complex templates require longer customization timelines.
What if I need more than 8 pages?
The base Website in a Week package includes up to 8 customized pages, which covers most wedding professionals' needs (Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Investment, Contact, Blog, FAQ). If you need additional pages, we can discuss pricing for add-ons.
What happens after launch?
You receive comprehensive training on managing your Showit website yourself, plus 2 weeks of email support for questions. If you want ongoing design support after that, we offer retainer packages for past clients.
What if I'm not available for the full week?
Website in a Week requires your active participation for quick feedback, content approval, and decision-making throughout the week. If you can't commit to being responsive Monday-Friday, consider our Signature Website Design package with a more flexible 4-6 week timeline.
