8–10 weeks from project kickoff to launch, depending on project complexity and response time. We move at a thoughtful pace that ensures quality without rushing the process.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to use Showit for this package?
Yes, the Creative Collective is built on Showit for its unmatched design flexibility and customization. Showit is the best platform for wedding professionals because it allows for completely custom design while still being easy to update yourself after launch. If you need eCommerce functionality, we can integrate Shopify or Squarespace (with an additional fee).
Can I add eCommerce to my site?
Absolutely. We offer an optional eCommerce add-on using Shopify. The add-on covers product page design, shopping cart setup, and payment integration. Final pricing depends on your product catalog size and complexity.
What if I already have a logo or brand identity?
We'll take a look together during our discovery call and decide whether to refine what you have or start fresh. The Creative Collective includes full brand identity development, but we're glad to build on existing elements if they're strong and aligned with your direction.
What happens after the 8-10 weeks?
You'll have everything you need to run and update your site with confidence — full training, all final files, and your Creative Support retainer hours to use within the first month. If you want ongoing design support beyond that, monthly retainer options are available for past clients.
Will you write my website copy?
Yes! We know how important it is to have not only beautiful design but strategic copy that actually converts. We have an in-house copywriter who can write your complete website copy (within reason). Clear, compelling messaging is included in your Creative Collective experience.
What happens during the 1-month Creative Support retainer?
After launch, you receive 5 hours of design support to use however you need—whether that's small website tweaks, creating marketing materials, designing social media graphics, or answering questions as you get comfortable with your new brand. It's a flexible support window to ensure you feel confident and set up for success.
Can I book this for later in the year?
Absolutely. Reach out whenever you're ready and we'll find a timeline that works for both of us. Most clients book 2–3 months in advance.
Do you work with professionals outside of photographers?
